Cashride allows verified Ontario drivers to share commute expenses legally under non-commercial carpooling rules.

Age 21+ & Class G

Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a full Ontario Class G licence. G1 and G2 permits strictly prohibited.

2 Trips / Day Limit

Capped at a maximum of 2 trips per day (one outbound commute and one return trip) to maintain non-commercial status.

Fair Cost Sharing

Contributions cover actual fuel & wear (~$0.15/km per seat). No commercial profit or taxi licensing needed.

Direct Cash or e-Transfer

Riders pay a platform fee on app, then pay you directly via Cash or Interac e-Transfer upon ride completion.
