By registering, accessing, or using Cashride (www.cashride.ca), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. User Accounts & Registration

Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful account details. Accounts are non-transferable. Riders must be at least 18 years old; Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a full Ontario Class G licence.

2. Service Scope

Cashride operates solely as a digital communication tool connecting commuters. Cashride does not employ drivers, own vehicles, or act as a transportation provider.

3. Fee Structure & Settlement

Riders pay a flat digital connection fee on app to confirm match reservations. Direct ride expense contributions (gas & wear) are settled directly between Driver and Rider via Cash or Interac e-Transfer under non-commercial cost recovery guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, graphics, text, software, and design elements on www.cashride.ca are the exclusive property of Cashride and protected by Canadian copyright laws.

5. Account Termination

Cashride reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate non-commercial carpooling rules, commit fraud, engage in harassment, or fail verification checks.
